The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme has the pleasure to invite you to the launch of the network of Erasmus for
Young Entrepreneurs MEP Ambassadors.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneursis a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs
the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from experienced entrepreneurs
running SMEs in another participating country.
The aim of
the network of EYE MEP Ambassadors is to identify and mobilize MEPs to support
the programme. MEPs Ambassadors will improve the visibility of the project at
EU, national and regional levels and contribute to the development of the
programme.
The ongoing public consultation on the
Commission’s Start-up Initiative, as announced in the Single Market Strategy
lend additional relevance to this event. Given the strong link between the Erasmus
for Young Entrepreneurs programme and the Single Market Strategy’s objectives,
the event will also incorporate an open discussion among participants on the
measures needed to facilitate and stimulate start-ups and scales-ups across
Europe.
