Mehdy Kharis is an aspiring entrepreneur from France whose idea is to start a company that works in fundraising and consultancy. Mehdy wanted to gain experience outside France after a short-term contract and before starting his own business. Looking for the best way to improve his entrepreneurial skills in a foreign country, he came across the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme on the internet. His goal was also to meet new people and discover new skills such as communication. Mylena Pierremont is the founder of Connected Circles, a communication and social media consultancy. After celebrating the company's 3-year anniversary, Mylena wanted to improve the good practises at Connected Circles and find a way to rethink the business model. Her goal was to dive into the business and its processes to improve them and grow faster. The parties met through Linkedin as Mehdy was looking for a host entrepreneur and Mylena was looking for a profile like Mehdy that could help her.

During the exchange, Mehdy took care of various activities, as Mylena wanted him to be involved in as many activities as possible. In fact, they had two main goals: Mehdy wanted to improve his skills as much as possible and understand the cogs of the business. Mehdy understood how to run a business in the same industry as Mylena and how to talk to people; he could use his skills to improve the company's processes. He looked after one of the company's services to organise and improve efficiency and quality for clients. Mehdy has also participated in strategic meetings on the development of the company: stakeholder management, sales development and communication about other activities of Mylena’s company, such as the French Tech Amsterdam.
