For the HE it was a very enriching experience on many levels: human, professional and personal. She had the chance to support a young professional in understanding how it is to run a business with many employees in such a peculiar communitarian context. Beatrice learnt how to deal with stressful situations, time management, and team work. The learning process didn’t take place only during working hours; it was a constant learning as Suryalila is a ground for international guests and visitors. While Beatrice improved her management and IT skills, Vidya benefited from her creativity, promotion and social media expertise. Being in Suryalila throughout these four months, gave the NE the chance to live holistic practices in her everyday life.
