Education and training services

In the first half of 2024, Rugiyya, an aspiring entrepreneur, was hosted by Szandra, the founder of Youth Bridges Budapest, as part of the EYE programme. This collaboration aimed to enhance Rugiyya's entrepreneurial skills and provide her with insights into running a successful business. Eager to launch her own venture, Rugiyya sought to learn about business management, market strategies, and innovative practices. Szandra, passionate about sustainability and mentoring young talent, guided her through this journey.

During the programme, Rugiyya gained hands-on experience through various activities coordinated by Szandra, who offered personalised guidance on business planning, financial management, marketing, and budgeting. Networking events and training sessions also enabled Rugiyya to connect with potential future partners.

Rugiyya participated in a variety of activities designed to enhance her entrepreneurial skills and provide practical experience. These included regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with Szandra, where she received personalised guidance and feedback on her business ideas and strategies. A key component was planning and organising events, during which Rugiyya managed event logistics and implemented promotional strategies, including event design and advertising. This allowed her to develop valuable skills in project management and event coordination.

Rugiyya also worked on social media campaigns, creating content and managing campaigns to promote events and engage with audiences. Networking was another significant aspect of the programme, offering her the chance to attend events and connect with business professionals.

These activities enriched Rugiyya’s practical learning experience, helping her build a solid foundation for her future entrepreneurial ventures.

The programme provided numerous benefits for both Rugiyya and Szandra. Rugiyya gained practical experience by enhancing her skills in business management, event planning, and marketing. Regular mentoring sessions gave her valuable feedback and guidance, helping her refine her business ideas and strategies. By planning and organising events, managing logistics, and executing advertising campaigns, she developed strong project management and organisational skills. She also improved her interpersonal and public speaking abilities through effective communication during events. Networking opportunities helped her build a solid professional network, and overall, the programme equipped Rugiyya with essential business skills, a clearer vision for her enterprise, and a strong foundation for launching and growing her business.

For Szandra, the programme offered fresh perspectives and innovative ideas from Rugiyya, contributing to her own business growth. Additionally, mentoring Rugiyya helped Szandra further develop her leadership and coaching abilities.
