Coaching, education, training
Monika Diana Calite, new entrepreneur, an aspiring mindfulness coach from Latvia joined forces with TeneLearning in Tenerife through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. Monika's mission was to enhance her personal growth platform Mindwisecoach by learning the details of running an educational center. The host entrepreneur Olga Keliy was eager to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme to further enrich her company's educational offerings and contribute to the international exchange of ideas and methodologies
Immersing herself in TeneLearnings daily operations, Monika gained hands-on experience in curriculum development and participant engagement strategies. She took on significant responsibilities, including leading a workshop for 40 participants from Hungary, Italy and Germany, which challenged her to innovate communication methods and significantly enhanced her training skills. Throughout the exchange, Monika's journey was marked by personal and professional growth. She co-trained a group from Germany, prepared to lead a subgroup of participants from Hungary, Italy and Germany, and participated in a five-day course led by Olga, gaining practical insights into group engagement and course structuring.
Monika's proactive approach extended beyond the agreed upon activities. She developed her expertise and portfolio as an international trainer and initiated contacts with potential partners for future collaborations. Collaborating closely with Olga, Monika strategized and explored opportunities for further development and potential collaborations. This involved engaging with Erasmus+ representatives to understand program dynamics and identify growth opportunities. Her efforts started yielding promising prospects, laying a solid foundation for expanding her business beyond the Latvian market.
