Driven by my appetite for satisfaction and freedom, I embarked on this entrepreneurial voyage. My journey, although accompanied by challenges in terms of time and resources, kept the goal of expanding my event marketing venture to touch the lives of people throughout Europe. Joining the "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs" programme was an amazing choice. I had stumbled upon this initiative during a previous Erasmus Plus project. The timing was the perfect one, as I chose to participate as a new entrepreneur once my business had attained stability and allowed for flexible online work. The prospect of personal growth and the hunger of fresh business ideas motivated me to take the next step. Among the many profiles on the programme's platform, I found my match in Lukasz from Rzeszow, Poland.

The dynamics of our partnership came together because of his dynamism and the potential synergy between our businesses. The beginning was not without its challenges, as we swiftly needed to learn about each other's business models to create the way for smoother cooperation in the future. As the programme began, Lukasz, an experienced entrepreneur himself, skilfully managed his business while overseeing a team of three employees. I was eager to immerse myself in his business, participating in conferences meetings and various project-related activities. Our interactions were consistently punctuated by regular meetings to track our progress and provide mutual guidance.

Expectations aligned with reality. Our relationship got better day by day, not only as I gained insights into Lukasz's business practices; but also as I contributed with my perspectives. Failures also happened but we embraced them with tenacity, leveraging them as stepping stones toward our shared vision. Obstacles, although present, were overcome due to our clear and consistent communication. As time passed, we achieved significant milestones while continuously increasing our skills and expanding our horizons. The knowledge exchanged during our partnership lead to results we both contemplated, integrating fresh ideas into our businesses. Looking ahead. our businesses stand ready for transformative growth. The lessons learned and connections forged through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme have started a collaboration between Lukasz and me. As we plan to join forces in cross-border plans, the possibilities are boundless.
