The host entrepreneur Ms. Ilaria D’Anna is the president of Reggio BIC, a well-organized sport wheelchairs basketball club in Italy. Her idea of joining the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme is to spread the good practice to people from all over the EU and raise awareness on social inclusion issues also in sports. The new entrepreneur Ms. Marieta Kostadinova is launching a project to support the development of sports marketing, trying to attract established athletes from Bulgaria to join the organization, reach a wider audience and create a better public image. Her focus is also on athletes with disabilities to increase social inclusion. She applied to the EYE programme to gain knowledge and learn valuable lessons for business development also getting in touch with organizations related to marketing in the sports field.

The new and host entrepreneur had the chance to cooperate in the marketing and social media planning in the host's "industry”, the sport field. Sport advertising campaign have been designed and developed, also through the participation of local television media (RTV) as well as online media (Reggio a canestro). Interviews with athletes have been made with special attention on the HE’s club campaign and supported services. A focus has been placed on the relationship management and fundraising presenting the club to investors, sponsors and stakeholders. The Marieta could share her knowledge and passion for content creation for social media channels and was able to cover clubs, games and participations. Additionally, thanks to her input, a well known reporter in wheelchair basketball world has been invited to a competition held in Ilaria's hometown, with a great success and an enhancement of the club reputation and organization of tournament in the news all over the world.

Ilaria could make the most of Marieta’s experience and knowledge in creating and developing quality content for media channels and improved her current marketing strategy with a strategical vision for the future. TV appearance has been highlighted (also with the connection with RTV), and occasional meetings with fans and pla yers have been improved as part of the strategy of better recognition for the club. Marieta could develop and foster ideas for marketing products, discussing with Ilaria and the team and enlarging her network also thanks to meetings with potential sponsors and partners, all key elements to enhance her business project. The new entrepreneur could be part of the organization for EuroCup at the end of the season, coming in touch with several athletes to promote her initiative.
