The participants in this exchange were Sintija, a young entrepreneur from Latvia, and Michael, a host entrepreneur from Germany. Sintija discovered the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme through her local IO and found Michael as a potential host entrepreneur through the IT tool. She considered his profile an interesting one. Additionally, Michael had listed Latvia as one of his interest regions, making Sintija's application even more appealing. He is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in new business creation and innovation and a multiple host in the EYE programme. Sintija has a degree in international marketing and business and collaborates with companies, providing services for international students. Here she helps with content creation and to reach the right audience. The two entrepreneurs considered this to be a good fit discussed their respective aims and decided to organize an exchange with each other.

During their collaboration, the two entrepreneurs dedicated time to a variety of activities. They both explored the potential applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in their respective businesses to enhance efficiency and innovation. Sintija spent quite some time on social media marketing and community management and growth. She networked with companies worldwide to promote products and services tailored for international students. Through research of offers from other companies in the field she also gained insights into effective offer structuring and presentation. Together the two entrepreneurs evaluated new business ideas and actively sought user feedback by testing their products with potential customers to understand their reactions and preferences.

During the exchange, Sintija gained a better understanding about necessary business processes, market research, product development, how to better offer the service to customers and create an effective offer. She also gained confidence in her business skills and ability to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape. Michael's extensive experience in business consultancy played a pivotal role in the success of this exchange. His insights and guidance significantly contributed to Sintija's professional development and the refinement of her business approach. Michael gained exposure to a new market and learned from Sintija's perspectives on international entrepreneurship. She also contributed quite successfully to the Growth Hacking of a new business idea and helped to figure out how to scale further and monetize the idea. This success story video provides further insights into results and effects of this successful collaboration.
