Ana is an aspiring entrepreneur looking to launch a coworking & community space and build a business in her home country. She aimed at expanding her professional network and making valuable connections within Tenerife's startup and tech entrepreneur community. Frank wanted to enhance the spaces social media reach and overall marketing strategy to attract more members. He aims to implement new tactics and optimize digital presence. He aimed at gaining creative ideas and techniques related to community building marketing and operations from collaborating with Ana. Frank wanted to use measurable metrics and data to showcase increased membership and utilization of his coworking space as a result of this partnership.
During the exchange both entrepreneurs succeeded to conduct events and projects for a real-world coworking space. Ana elaborated a comprehensive digital marketing plan and budget to launch a new coworking/coliving business in her home country. She improved her skills and understanding of tools and best practices for optimizing coworking presence and competitive marketing solutions. Both entrepreneurs established connections with community leaders as part of the coworking industry. Frank successfully increased the number of members in the coworking. The metrics quantitatively showed the impact of improved marketing efforts on membership acquisition and space utilization. There is a potential avenue to expand the coworking space model in the future through a partnership with Ana.
