Shes a creator of a complementary tool for an evaluation and a minimisation of the risk of new ventures and a promotor of a local project in Sabadell about digital technology for reuse of public space in the framework of the HORIZON2020 Triangulum Project
When Aneta started her exchange it wasn’t easy with all the Covid restrictions. However both Aneta and Katerina worked together to make this a good learning experience in the changing world and work environment. As they worked and learned together they used new tools for communication project management and team building. Following the action plan they both worked on and agreed upon Aneta was able to cover all the steps need to develop and test her own business idea using the knowledge given by Katerina and the tasks she was involved in. In the midst of the pandemic Aneta successfully crafted a product and online services tailored to customer needs. Her Spanish mentor played a pivotal role in this process providing guidance on product development refining strategies and adapting to the ever-changing business landscape.
Aneta actively communicated with clients explored customer journeys and launched her product with a focus on feedback and sales techniques all while receiving valuable insights and assistance from her experienced mentor. Their collaboration significantly influenced the robustness of her business and marketing plans.rnKaterina not only shared expertise but also provided crucial support in project proposals actively seeking funding opportunities. Their collaboration extended to promoting common business projects and the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme. Looking back at the success of her participation in the Erasmus of Young Entrepreneurs programme Aneta can’t wait to become a host entrepreneur herself.
