Michal co-founded the Shifters studio last year. The company assists leaders in cultural institutions not only with communication but also with the entire concept of audience engagement. The company doesn't intend to operate solely in the Czech Republic it aims to secure projects within the European Union as well. Therefore the stay within the program was a welcomed opportunity to understand how the cultural sector operates in Denmark. Per is the director of one of the most significant theatres of its kind in the world. With his team in Holstebro he creates unique theatrical experiences collaborates with communities and produces captivating performances that tour worldwide.

Throughout the entire stay Michal and Per cooperated on strategic topics related to the Danish cultural environment and of course the operation of the entire theatre. The work covered themes such as financing strategy development creative team leadership and daily operations. Michal together with the communication team worked on adjustments to the new website focusing particularly on communication strategy and the customer journey for the theatre workshops organized by NTL throughout the year. Michal created a comprehensive customer journey for the promotion of workshops and subsequent communication with workshop participants.

During Michal's stay, he and the project team formed a strong collaboration centered around the Creative Europe program. Together, they are actively working on shaping project ideas, with Michal and his team focusing on effectively communicating the projects and ensuring they reach the intended audiences. This partnership marks the beginning of an exciting joint effort, with both sides contributing their expertise to achieve shared goals.
