Alessia is a young psychologist and researcher in relationships field with a great passion for the start-up and businesses. Travis is founder of Silicon Allee a famous network of start-ups and tech founders in Berlin. Alessia heard about EYE through a friend. She inquired on EYE and immediately fell in love with it. She decided to participate to initiate her own start-up in the Dating world. Expectation was to create an international network of valuable people with different roles and skills. She also wanted to develop a clear marketing strategy approaching the right channels and tools to engage with the target audience. Travis heard about EYE from people in his network. He decide to participate in EYE to bring new perspectives and skills to start-ups he was working with helping them to grow and succeed. Expectations were to better understand needs behaviours and motivations of the platforms users. He benefited Alessia’s background in group identity and organizational wellbeing.

Alessia played a pivotal role in promoting the soft landing program, reaching out to potential participants, and supporting Travis in planning and hosting networking events. She focused on understanding the personal needs and motivations of startup founders, enabling more tailored and effective support. Alessia also organized and managed the visit of Korean startup founders to Silicon Allee, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Meanwhile, Travis helped Alessia dive into the dating app market, guiding her research and connecting her with other startup founders, which expanded her international network. He introduced her to various marketing channels and tools, assisting her in defining different target groups, and also mentored her in creating and managing online platforms, greatly enhancing her skills. His guidance on pitch decks and investment rounds had a significant impact on her professional growth.

Alessia’s contributions were crucial in organizing and managing the Korean founders' visit, where she actively participated in consulting sessions and workshops, offering insights and guidance.
