MBPSPORTS, a Singapore-based company, is on a mission to revolutionize global sports education through collaboration. Initially focusing on racquet sports, they champion a Public-Private Partnership model to ensure structured, measurable progress, making sports education accessible to all. In 2012, they partnered with the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and East China Normal University to integrate their solutions into Chinese schools. Their goal is to become a global leader in high-quality sports education, bridging the gap between education, business, and sports. CEO Chris Mullins’ background uniquely equips him to drive this vision forward.

Michał, a 22-year-old sports enthusiast, is determined to boost padel’s growth in Poland. Seeking industry knowledge and confidence to run a business, he saw the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme as the perfect opportunity. By connecting with an experienced entrepreneur, he aimed to accelerate his learning.

His journey started with a focus on marketing, working on branding, using WhatsApp for communication, and transitioning to the courtreserve platform. He scouted potential investors, organized a padel event, and developed a business expansion strategy. He created brochures detailing pricing and upcoming events while attending business meetings to understand best practices. Next, he expanded the business network by reaching out to local business owners, managing social media, organizing padel games, and joining coaching workshops. Finally, he honed his revenue generation skills by attending pricing and sales workshops, engaging in business meetings, and delivering an industry presentation to explore collaboration opportunities.

By the end of the programme, Michał had built a strong network of contacts with sports brands and club owners worldwide, opening doors to valuable collaborations. His expertise in coaching, pricing strategies, management techniques, sales tactics, and social media marketing makes him well-prepared for the industry. His fresh perspective benefited MBPSPORTS by attracting new customers, streamlining booking systems, introducing innovative events, and securing high-value partnerships. His experience demonstrates how mentorship and knowledge exchange create lasting success.
