Digital Strategy Consultancy

Eszter Gyöngyösi is a 24-year-old aspiring entrepreneur from Denmark. After graduating from the Business Academy in Aarhus, holding a bachelor's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, she wanted to put into practice all the knowledge she earned. The lack of practice guided her to find a company through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme that could provide her with useful first-hand experience, using her existing skills and acquiring new ones, so that she could open her own creative design agency that will offer services in design and strategy. Luckily, at the same time, Chryso Savva, a Host Entrepreneur from Cyprus, was looking for a new entrepreneur who was passionate about entrepreneurship and could help solve business and marketing problems in her company. Chryso is a Host Entrepreneur with 5 years of experience running Stronde Enterprise, a digital strategy consultancy. She had the potential to give Eszter the experience of being in a well-established company and being part of the daily operations so that she could apply them in her future business.

During her stay in Cyprus, Eszter had the opportunity to be involved in marketing automation, business development, project management and coordination. More specifically, Eszter was introduced to various tools used by Stronde for daily business operations, UX research and general research elements of the digital product. Moreover, they both worked together on the business development plan of HE, where Eszter gained very important insights into this topic and how a company works. Another important part is that Eszter also had the opportunity to lead the generation of the company's campaign performance and to work on the creation of an overall performance report at the end of her stay, which allowed her to see how important measuring performance is for the success of a company.

The original plan for the duration of this relationship was 5 months, but both parties were so satisfied that the relationship was extended by one month. Eszter not only got to know the company, its structure and culture better, but also acquired new skills that will help her in her entrepreneurial journey. Chryso had the opportunity to work with Eszter to shape Stronde's business development processes and create other internal processes. It is worth mentioning that Stronde also became accredited with Pipedrive by participating in the certification that Eszter helped with.
