Muhamed is a new entrepreneur who took part in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. When he discovered the programme, he hoped for several benefits, including the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs like Oliver Rauch, improve his entrepreneurial skills, build a professional network and receive support in developing his startup idea Impression Eyewear. Oliver Rauch, a successful entrepreneur from Austria and owner of COWstyle, discovered EYE through mutual connections. He was fascinated by the innovative concept and decided to take part in a programme. Oliver's involvement stemmed from his desire to explore new ideas and expand his business through internationalisation. The expected benefits included knowledge sharing, improved business strategies for his and new entrepreneurs and helping Muhamed avoid business pitfalls.

During the exchange, Muhamed actively participated in various activities with his host: they collaborated to develop marketing strategies for COWstyle, focusing on digital marketing and creative content creation; they worked closely together to improve the brand message and design to ensure a compelling and cohesive brand identity; they explored market research opportunities, identified potential partners and discussed business expansion plans. Muhamed ventured into entrepreneurship and successfully launched the Impression Eyewear brand. With the guidance and support of his host entrepreneur, Muhamed developed a comprehensive business plan in which he identified the target market, formulated a unique value proposition and outlined the brand's product offering. Muhamed worked on the design of the brand's eyewear collection, emphasising quality and innovative design elements. With Oliver's expertise and network, they developed a strategy for the brand's entry into the European market to create a solid foundation for success.

By cooperating as part of the exchange programme, they have built up a close relationship and identified prospects for future collaboration. Going forward, Muhamed will continue to utilise his digital marketing skills to drive the online presence of Oliver's business. He will implement effective strategies for email marketing, Google ads and Facebook campaigns to ensure effective brand exposure. Oliver will contribute his logistics expertise and will take care of the storage, packaging and delivery of Muhamed's Impression Eyewear products to the EU market. they have also developed a joint product, the "COWstyle" edition of Impression Eyewear eyewear, which emphasises their joint efforts and creative synergies. Going forward, Oliver will support Muhamed in finding potential B2B customers, while Muhamed will look for opportunities to promote Oliver's brand in the Western Balkans market to facilitate growth and expansion. Their ongoing collaboration promises mutual benefits and a shared vision for success.
