Iryna Savytska is an entrepreneur with 12 years of experience in business development. In 2019, she established her start-up "Bank of Memories" - a memory storage ecosystem with distributed technology, featuring a family tree and future messaging. Iryna wanted to participate in the exchange to gain insights into her company's  target markets in the EU and understand customers' sentiment and entrepreneurial practices in the region. Aleksander Vidmar is an experienced entrepreneur and specialist in consulting and startup development. He founded an alternative governance system, "Futuria", which aims to become a knowledge centre for various Internet technologies. Alexander wanted to start a partnership with an entrepreneur who develops innovative projects and believes in the future of blockchain and other DLTs. When he saw the idea of Iryna's project, he immediately offered her a partnership as he realised that this project would be game-changing and he could contribute to its development.

The exchange was planned to take place in a mixed format, however, Iryna and Aleksander decided to have a completely remote collaboration due to personal reasons. That format was the best option for them, as they could benefit from participation in the programme while continuing to develop their startups, which required a lot of founder’s participation. Aleksander helped Iryna with presentation materials and he also introduced Iryna to investors from his region, which was one of the key ob jectives of this project. They both worked on marketing strategies for Bank of Memories that helped to decrease customer acquisition costs and find the regions that are more profitable for Iryna’s start-up.

During the exchange, Iryna and Aleksander worked on developing their startups with a particular focus on the Bank of Memories. The significant results were achieved thanks to the exchange and Aleksander’s help and valuable advice. The Bank of Memories gained 1000 new active users and successfully integrated two payment systems - GEO Pay and White Pay. Additionally, Iryna and Aleksander had been working on the funding attraction. Early users paid $6500 in the first 1.5 months after implementing the marketing strategy. Thanks to Aleksander's hint to apply to Seier Capital, Bank of Memories raised $50k allowing the startup to make its first sales. After the exchange, Iryna continues to develop her start-up. In 2023 she was recognised as an exceptional founder of the year by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIC Digital) and also became a finalist of the EIT Community Red Kalyna Award.
