Fernando Chico is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with more than 10 years of experience in technology and commerce and excels in creating growth strategies, managing product development and leading teams. Driven by a vision to change the dynamic between customers and businesses, he has successfully led focus360º as CEO and achieved significant growth and market recognition. Trayana Tinkova, a Manual QA Specialist with more than 2 years of experience, aspires to launch her software testing services company. Recognizing the need for further development she seeks to improve her leadership skills, gain insights into the startup scene and get guidance for young entrepreneurs. Trayana plans to start a software testing outsourcing company in Bulgaria focussing on Sofia's thriving international business scene. To capitalise on the growing demand for quality assurance services, she plans to start with manual testing and move to automation testing within a year.

Trayana had insightful discussions with Fernando about the essential aspects of starting a business, including finding investment, securing partners, managing expenses and addressing potential challenges. Quality assurance services were conducted for Fernando and partner platforms to be integrated into his software. Through meetings and video calls, Fernando and his team walked Trayana through starting a new business and demonstrated her concept of working from home. These interactions gave her a clearer understanding of Fernando's business methodology, vision and mission. Trayana gained insights into sourcing investors, selecting partners and employees, and the practical aspects of starting a new business. She learnt first-hand preventive measures and effective strategies to overcome startup challenges.

Recognising the importance of fostering a positive attitude towards employees, Trayana also looked at the current landscape of the IT sector in Spain. With the help of Fernando in particular, Trayana found that Quality Assurance is relatively under-researched in the region and represents a niche market with great potential. The burgeoning demand for quality assurance services among numerous companies, especially start-ups that are unaware of their need, means there is an opportunity for success. By offering her services to meet this need, Trayana sees the potential for significant growth and success in this emerging niche.
